FULLVIEW FOR BETTER DETAIL!

I may or may not go back and shade the rest of the picture. I have two more pictures similar to this to outline, color, and post. One of Helios and his phoenix form and one of Luna and her sphynx-ish form. I may or may not do other gods and their divine animal forms.

This is the 3rd Lord Of All Gods, grandson of Quetzalcoatl himself, Duihoatl. He is the only one in his family who can truly be described by what he is: a snake. The title 'Lord Of All Gods' was passed on to him from his father, Tzuhoatl the 2nd Lord Of All Gods. Duihoatl should have passed it on to his son, Azuhoatl.

Duihoatl is also the only one in his family who enjoys dressing up in jewels and precious metals to show his rank. His coloring is based on that of an Emerald Tree Boa (Corallus caninus). As with all members of his direct family line, he has long peacock-like feathers on some parts of him. He truly doesn't need to wear that loin-cloth, as he has no visible genitalia unless he's...er...actually in need of it. Notice the different little 'branches' of his ears? That tells how old he is. For each "God's Eon" (the length of time the gods use to measure their age) a new little branch peels off the rest of his ear. Right now he's only 4 God's Eons, which is relatively young. The oldest gods, like Quetzalcoatl, look like someone shredded their ears.
